The prices above include electricity, gas, and heating. There are no hidden extras.

Bed-linen, bath/hand towels, pool towels and tea-towels are provided.

Changeover day is Saturday although mid-week bookings, to take advantage of lower flight costs, may be available on request.

Short breaks, charged at a daily rate, may also be available depending on the time of year.

On changeover day, guests are asked to depart by 10 am and to arrive after 4pm. This is to allow the gites to be thoroughly cleaned.

A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking, and the booking is confirmed on receipt of this deposit. The balance is due, together with a security deposit of £100, eight weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
